About Me
- Meghan Flanigan
- I am a multi-disciplinary artist, teacher and thinker. Most of my background is in dance and choreography but my work keeps evolving and I can now say I am also a visual artist who works in video and performance. In 2008 I moved back to my hometown of Baltimore after more than ten years spent abroad in Bogotá, Colombia and London, England.

Summer Dancing
Some beautiful photos of the Summer Dancing festival (including my piece, Sent), England are here. It was a wonderful residency program and a great festival.
A Dance Called Baltimore
Over the summer, I created a piece in the old North Avenue Market with a group of amazing young dancers from Peabody dance. You can see the video here.

residency blog
I am in Coventry, England taking part in a 'Making Space' residency at Coventry University. I am incredibly lucky to have two weeks of time, equipment and space to make some work with two dancers. I am writing in a blog and posting to vimeo: http://blogging.summerdancing.co.uk/blog and http://www.vimeo.com/12551972
